"A lovely apartment which has been renovated and decorated to a high standard. I think the kitchen was the best equipped that I have seen at a gite - super sharp knives and excellent quality pots and pans. We had heard from the lovely owners a few weeks before we arrived with some very useful information about the accommodation and the local area, which was great. When we arrived we were met with a very warm welcome, help taking our luggage in, and some super basic things in the kitchen such as bread, butter, milk, water and lovely wine! The weather was very warm while we were there but the wonderful pool was perfect for cooling down, and with a sensible system whereby we were allocated our particular sun loungers, there were no worries about finding somewhere to sit - not that it was ever likely to be a problem as we seemed to usually have the pool to ourselves. Annie and Danny were really lovely hosts, so friendly without being intrusive. We hope to return!"

"Fabulous house in a very quiet street on the edge of Riberac. The building which is old has a great blend of original architecture & modern fittings. Superb, large fully stocked kitchen that easily seats 8 persons around the large table. Every item you need for making fabulous meals is provided. Large living room with stereo and TV plus DVD. Many dvd’s & films to choose from if you just want a lazy night. All bedrooms are large with ample storage. Main bedroom has a 4 poster bed and fly net which was a nice touch. Fully modern bathroom with double sink, separate shower and bath. Toilet is in a seperate room. Outside there is a driveway behind large gates where there is sufficient room to park your car. We arrived by motorcycle and so this provided secure parking which we like. In this area a covered seated patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Cool walkthrough corridor leads to the rear enclosed garden & the 10x4 swimming pool. Very private with plenty of good quality furniture. This area is great for relaxing and taking in the sun. There is also a toilet & shower just off this area. There is everything provided for your stay including a washing machine, table football, table tennis, board games and WiFi. Only slight quibble was the filter on the pool not great so you got a few insects which had to be netted out each morning. That said we had a great time, loved the house & Emilie was on hand should there be any problems which there weren’t."
