"Upon arrival the front desk was so welcoming and informative. Helped us with dining and take away options. The ladies were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The property was walkable from the port. The room we got was very spacious with a kitchen, balcony, even a walk-in closet. Room was clean. Even gave us fresh towels every day. I really enjoyed my stay here at Olia. I would definitely come back."

"Horrible staff!!! The woman at the check in is a total witch!! She was rude, not helpful. They do not have an elevator or a bellman to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staircase is marble and doesn’t have a rail, not safe when carrying luggage. The location is good but that’s about it. Oh, they did have a lifeguard at the pool (which was empty). Not worth the money at all. "
