Hôtel très bien placé proche des transports, du centre ville.... Facilité pour se garer... Chambre au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur (non signalé, comment font les personnes en situation d handicap), stic de café uniquement au premier jour etc... Par contre l expérience avec cet hôtel ne sera pas renouvelé pour nous.. Suite à une erreur de date de réservation de notre part je le conçois, tout s est compliqué... Au début impossible de discuter avec le gérant mais changement de ton sur la fin... Par contre hôtel.com ont tout fait pour nous aider Nous avons dû payer un supplément de 140 euros si on tient compte des dates à laquelle nous avons séjourné Le gérant ne s' est absolument pas montré arrangeant et commerçant... Visiblement la seule chose qui compte pour lui est que ça lui rapporte... Comme vous l avez compris cet hôtel est à éviter

Hotel is situated above shops and therefore Reception and rooms are on 2nd floor (no lifts). Receptionists were very good, but only onsite from 7am to 9pm after that just a phone number. Had to call at 9.30pm due to blocked toilet, but could only leave a message and got no reply. Spoke to Receptionist in the morning to be told the manager had left a message for them to speak to us in the morning.... hopeless, not impressed at all. Also room was next to Breakfast room and therefore rudely awaken at 7am by rearranging tables etc.

L'accueil OK, mais l'hôtel n'est pas fait pour accueillir les personnes âges. La proposition d'une chambre au dernière étage sans ascenseur est difficile à admettre. A warmth welcome

The feeling is very familiar and I have been well received. There is no lift but they helped me all the time with my suitcase. Very service minded. The hotel owner has been so kind and drove me to the station. I do not know if other hotel directors would do that. I am very thankful. Also Antony was very kind and always smiling. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable, clean, basic hotel. Staff is eager to please. Breakfast (extra 10 euros) is excellent. But, hotel is on 3rd and 4th floors, up fairly steep steps. There is a SMALL sign in the street floor lobby offering staff to carry luggage up, but it is so small we saw it only after we had manhandled our luggage all the way up. IF you take advantage of this service, the hotel’s location is not an issue. Otherwise, travel light.
