Good area, walkable into the old town. Staff were pretty welcoming, a little French helped. Room was quiet, very effective aircon. Slightly dated but good value for the cost. Breakfast disappointing, with really bad coffee from the machine. On the whole, though, would stay there again.

Pleasant stay with family

The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it.

シャワー周りの水カビが少し気になりましたが、それ以外は清潔で清掃もしっかりされていました。他の部屋はどうなのか分かりませんが、宿泊した部屋にはインスタントの珈琲と紅茶があり、湯沸かしポットもあったので良かったです。

日本からです。古城巡りに行く為に拠点にしました。ホテルは駅より歩いて１５分位かかりますが目の前がバス停で駅まで、５分に１本あるのでとても便利てす。スタッフはとても 感じ良く、ワインの栓が開かなかったのを必死に開けてくれました。駅に行くバスも調べてくれたり預ける荷物に間違え無い様に私の名前を書いてくれたりして感謝です。

Très bon séjour, nous sommes arrivé tard et avons pu accéder à notre chambre facilement. Les infos étaient claire, la chambre spacieuse et les lits confortables. Nous avions tout le nécessaire. Petit bémol pour le parking que nous ne pouvions pas réserver à l'avance, nous n'avons donc pas pu avoir de place à notre arrivée car complet. Heureusement nous avons trouvé des places dans les rues alentours. Une résa au vue de notre arrivée tardive aurait été un plus pour un meilleur confort. Sinon très bon séjour.

3*** Usurpés

Commercial itinérant je loge toujours en hotel 2**. Je décide de monter en gamme pour un 3*** et commence par le Kyriad centre tours. Hormis son emplacement plein centre ville (que je trouve aussi en catégorie 2**) je tombe sur un hôtel dont la chambre et la literie son propre et confortable. Seulement comment travailler lorsque le wifi ne fonctionne pas. La personne de l’accueil a fait ce qu’il pouvait mais sans résultat. Donc impossible de travailler. Le soir je me rends compte que les chaînes de télé ne sont que de la TNT aucun abonnement satellitaires certaines sautent et idem pour canal + (seulement 1 ) donc pas utilisable je me suis rabattu sur les chaînes infos. La taille de ma chambre était similaire à une 2** Pas de panier avec gel douche shampoing et autre, juste 2 petits savon et une bouteille murale de gel douche presque vide. Niveau technologie pour bosser l’hôtel est à l’image du téléphone de la chambre un bon vieux clavier à touche jauni par le temps dont on a changer le combiné et le cordon. Moralités le titre de 3*** est LARGEMENT USURPÉ pourtant le tarif correspond. Pour ma part je retourne vers mes 2** d’une autre enseigne (dont je tais le nom histoire de ne pas être de parti pris) moins onéreux d’environ 25€ petit dej compris et mieux équipé. Oui j’oubliais parking souterrain payant en supplément prévoir environ 11€. Sinon l’oreiller a mémoire de forme qui semble être l’argument choc est effectivement un oreiller à mémoire de forme très agréable
