I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. "Don’t book this place without a vehicle and not in winter. After booking, the phone number didn’t work and no response to emails. No free airport pickup. I showed up unexpected despite paying in advance. Got a room different than booking and only half ready. I was the ONLY guest. Few services, no transport. It was a difficult stay. Despite all this I imagine it’s a busy and thriving place in the summer. "
