"Towels dirty, they had dirty stains and hairs on them. No toilet paper, so much noise that we couldn't sleep. It was like a haunted house at night. Unbelievably terrible experience I'm unsure why this hotel is still in business."

"Hotels.com screwed up on the dates for the reservation and I had to cancel after I noticed they were the wrong dates. I ended up having to pay a cancellation fee or the one charge. Hotels.com screwed up the dates but I was forced to pay the hotel a cancellation fee/ one night equivalent. "

"The bed was comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful, parking was no problem, but the security lock on the door was missing. They advertise my room to have a hot tub or a Jacuzzi in it and there was none even though it was a suite, But I get into bed was comfortably and clean, which is important."
