Pluses - it was clean and refreshingly vivid. It had most of the essentials for a short stay. Minuses - waited for front desk staff, not long but it certainly allowed thoughts of “how do I check in?” The breakfast had few gluten free choices and most dishes needed to be microwaved for temp and no non coffee beverages were visible. Plus - I would stay again and would give it a good review for family or friends.

It is in a good location and the property was clean. The time we spent there was . mostly at night. The Wi-Fi wasn't that great. Had to use my hotspot for our Roku. The mattress was softer then we liked and having a steal box spring wasn't that great. Every time you moved the springs echoed. When we turned on the heat it smelled.

This average hotel offers a mixed experience; while the friendly and welcoming staff provide great service, the property falls short with poor breakfast options, a lack of prepared sofa bed linens requiring an extra request, and frustratingly frequent room key card errors.

I had a good stay with a nice view and Room was mostly clean and spacious, but bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast didn't like it was very simple and lacking but at least the hotel had breakfast. Something to eat if you didn't want to go out for breakfast.

This was my first stay at Microtel. Staff: Nice and friendly. Room: Clean. Gym: It had literally three machines: an elliptical, a stationary bike, and a treadmill. They were fine, but cleaning wipes were not available, and the gym did not appear to be maintained daily. Breakfast: I have never stayed at a place where practically every breakfast item was cold or frozen. You have to heat things up yourself. They offered cereal, coffee, fruit cups, waffles, yogurt cups, bagels, prepackaged breakfast items, half-moon eggs, boiled eggs, small packs of snacks, orange juice, and water. Everything was acceptable, but don’t expect a hot breakfast ready to eat. Breakfast tables & seats and the first floor public bathrooms were well maintained. Ladies bathrm offered pads and tampons, but tiny shields should be individually wrapped for a sanitary sake. Still a thoughtful gesture. Maintenance: When we arrived, we washed our hands and noticed that a pipe under the sink was leaking. The front desk told us a maintenance person would come the next morning, but no one showed up. I ended up placing a garbage bin under the pipe to collect the leaking water. Since we were staying for less than 48 hours, I didn’t want to spend our short stay dealing with maintenance issues. Overall, the staff were nice, and the room was clean. However, the lack of follow-through on the plumbing issue and the limited gym maintenance could be improved.

The staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and had a pleasant clean smell, like airfreshener was sprayed. The room lighting could be better though, it seemed kind of dim even with all 3 lights on

Excellent staff! Couldn't use the pool because there was something floating all through it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Nothing that was diabetic or low salt diet friendly. Coffee was ☹️. Rooms are very small, but that was on me for not realizing by the actual name they would be. Not much hot water. There were four of us, so it was really cramped. But, as I said, the staff was excellent!
