"Checknin was a breeze, Sasha the front desk deserves 10 stars. her recommendations were spot on, she was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, the beds and bedding so comfy. Its's close to MGM, the conference center and parking. It is a little noisy as it's on the corner of a busy intersection. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. My mom got sick and couldn't make it back to our room. The staff stayed with us, gave my mom cold water and towels, they tended to mom until she was able to get up and walk to our room. It means a lot knowing there staff out there eager and willing to help. It's not easy emotionally when you are in an unfamiliar state and someone you love gets sick. I am forever grateful to the staff for being there for us."

"First off the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and it smelled they had glass cups in the drawer with the silverware just all thrown in one drawer the air conditioner sucked I had to clean the lint out of it to work properly and on the memorial weekend the had no supplies the breakfast was not enough they had no drinks for children other than coffee and hot chocolate and when I asked about it one of the staff that wasn't working that day but showed up to eat for free chimed in to say that they can have hot chocolate I just rolled my eyes and walked away she decided to tell the staff that was working that if she was working she would have punched me in the fn face my son was there and I was disgusted with the whole stay I tried calling management but the female keeps answering the phone and tells me every day that he isn't in maybe tomorrow"

"The hotel itself is very beautiful,peaceful and clean.the staffs are beyond nice and very helpful.the pool wasn’t available because they’re fixing up the pool side but other than that everything else was perfect.breakfast is always good and the hotel is very quite and peaceful.it was my second time staying there and I will be coming back again in July."
