"We loved the quiet, rural location, with horses to be seen from our window. The staff were very friendly, the beds comfortable, coffee and tea were available any time, and there was a refrigerator to store our cold food items. "We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. "The Marriott is centrally located, within easy walking distance to the City Hall, the Hamburg Congress Centre where my conference was. It was a nice stroll to the Hauptbahnhof too. The room is lovely and the bed so comfortable. The hotel lobby is elegantly furnished. The buffet breakfast has a good spread. We were there for one week and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. All the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. "
