Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"
