"Ich wurde direkt beim Check-In sehr warmherzig und persönlich empfangen und wurde weiterhin nicht enttäuscht. Das gebuchte Zimmer (ohne Balkon) hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich hervorragend selbst zu versorgen: ein riesiger Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Teller, Gläser etc. sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserkocher und ein Coffemaker stehen zur Verfügung. Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Reeperbahn und die nächste Ubahn-Station sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß...

Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "
