"Our 4year old yellow lab loved his stay. He especially enjoyed the fantastic breakfast as well of the hosts dog sharing his meal. He will be telling all his friends to book the place when they are traveling in the area"

"The old building is quirky and comfortable. The traffic noise quiets well during the night. The host was helpful and the breakfast delicious."

"Wonderful, cozy B&B. We had a wonderful fall escape!"

"We loved our stay at Magnolia Place! This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The location is definitely the best you will find. Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day. We will definitely book again when our travels take us back to this area! "

"Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "
