"The listing needs to be updated. It says it sleeps 4 with a queen bed and pull out sofa. It had a double bed and a small sofa that was not a sleep sofa. Good location next to Niagara Falls State park!"

"Double living rooms was great. Second floor was spacious. Stove was electric which was a negative for me. Neighborhood was also desolate. Many nearby houses were boarded up. Wouldn’t repeat do to the neighborhood"
