"The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. "Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area...

"This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!"

"The condominium was very nice and presented well upon arrival. Parking pass was not in the condo so we had to go to the hotel desk next door to obtain a pass. Later in the visit we noticed that there were reserved spaces in the hotel parking lot for the condos. When we settled in for our visit, the bathroom was not cleaned to match the rest of the condo and this was dissappointing. Nevertheless, the location was ideal for visiting the Niagara Falls Park and in a nice area of the town."
