About this property

Charming house with a natural spring, fire pit, and river access

  • Stay in our cozy modern farmhouse built in 2022 as a small replica of the old homeplace that stood strong for over 100 years. Step out from the one bedroom suite onto the stone patio, to relax and listen to the fresh water spring. Roast marshmallows on the open fire pit. Little River access is only a short walk. Located just a 1/2 mile from the city limits, the Springhouse is close to the Smoky Mtn. National Park, Townsend Bike Trail, River Rat Main Tubing Outpost, Townsend festivals, and the local IGA grocery store. Modern kitchen, walk-in shower, electric fireplace, and vaulted ceilings complete this little home away from home making it a repeat vacation spot for sure! *Due to allergies, the home is listed as animal free. Thank you for understanding.
