"Cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The road to it is hairy with very steep curves. We found the beds to be hard but that's personal preference. The location is great, close to Townsend and Cades cove, very peaceful and charming."

"This place was perfect for our trip. It’s located close to everything the area has to offer. We didn’t have more than a 45 minute drive to get to anything. The place is simple, in a good way. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The best part is the back deck over the mountain creek. It was very relaxing to sit out there and listen to the water. We spent most of our time at the cabin enjoying that. The hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus as well. The area is absolutely beautiful...

"Tressa was extremely hospitable! We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again when needed. The only amenity that we are used to with hotels that we didn't have here is a hair dryer. We didn't think to ask in advance and didn't take one with us. But that's not a negative regarding our stay or the property. Great location as well."

"House was very nice and clean. Look out for big pothole in very narrow road leading up to cabin.Thin 200count bedsheets,I always take my own sheets tho, thin trash liners that breaks when trying to pull trash so I just left it . Overall it was a very nice stay.Did not see any bears but I did find a big bear claw silhouette on my front windshield one morning. "Beautiful cabin. Very close to town yet secluded. No neighbors can be seen or heard from the cabin or its excellent second story deck. A short drive to Cades Cove, the best place to see bears in the continental United States. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. There was a local power outage at 5:30 am, having nothing to do with the property itself, I called the host, he immediately answered and then called the power company. One concern is that the steep gravel driveway offers...

Tremont Lodge & Resort

Tremont Lodge & Resort

10/10 Excellent
"The location is awesome! You’re close to coffee shops, restaurants, and a bike trail for miles with adorable decorated tunnels and a park for littles to play. The lodge is beautiful but is on the older side, so a few things needed upgrading, but the place is very clean. The breakfast is a basic continental breakfast, but it’s included! We saw an outdoor screen for outside movies but never saw anything about movies playing, saw a sign for a game room but never saw it, there was a pickleball court but couldn’t find the equipment. So, I’m not sure about some of the amenities. You don’t get daily towels or daily room service, but when you did actually see someone, they were helpful in getting the things you needed. It was super chill and quiet the beginning of the week but then around Thursday/Friday it was like bikers came in from all over and there was no parking near our building, but we made it work. All in all, we loved the location and will probably be back next fall break. It’s probably the nicest place in Townsend! Thank you so much!"

Relax on the Quiet Side – Hot Tub & Serenity!

10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was very nice. Only concern we had was the drive into the driveway as the need to turn around to drive back down the road was necessary. It would have been nice to have a suggestion to go to top of the road and turn around there and come back down to driveway to back in to park. I came to that after my first time of turning around in the widened section of road there which was pretty hairy. Otherwise only a few light bulbs needed replaced and the light over the stove needed to be replaced. We loved the clean spaces and welcoming interfaces we had in this experience."
