It is a beautiful area with a nice sidewalk/trail to walk/run/bike along. Limited places to eat and shop.






Room was immaculate. We love the renovations. Hotel staff kept us updated through text if and when there was things we needed to know. Thank you for a wonderful week. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful Mountain View’s, The house was well stocked with everyday essentials, The location is wonderful for the quietness but a close drive to the national park and surrounding towns and activities. Would definitely stay in this house again.

Townsend is very close to Cades cove which is why we go to that area and very far from attractions we could care less about
Very friendly residents.
Since we only stayed overnight, and didn't explore I can't comment about the town. However, I loved the calmness and serenity of the town. I would love to go back and relax and explore more.

The Abby restaurant has yummy pulled pork sandwiches with beautiful outdoor seating by the river, it's next to the swinging bridge
