"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."

"Everything was great. Didnt have time go hit the pools, but its ok. BEAUTIFUL Property. the landscaping is awesome. the bathroom was awesome. Very fancy for the price point. worth it. my only complaint was the basic cable tv. get a room where you have cable, or bring a firestick or something 🙂"
