The views from this location are spectacular making it the ideal holiday space. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the marina end of the waterfront Strand. Step out and you are within a few minutes walk to some of Townsville’s best cafés and restaurants. Step across and you are on the beach with Magnetic Island as the backdrop. Stroll around the Strand and walk all the way to Pallarenda Beach at one end or stroll the Marina located a few minutes from you. It won’t matter where you decide to go you are amid the action with the best bars, restaurants, café’s, specialty shops and a Coles supermarket, all just a couple of minutes away.

good location and great for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend this property to a family say with two younger kids. It is a decent size and has a patio looking out partially over the harbour. To be honest the photo's make it look 4 star but really it is lower. It is a no frills type of property close to downtown but more importantly to the tourist part of town- the strand. It is great for the magnetic island ferry. There is nothing seriously wrong with the property - very functional. Its just a bit tired. ITs clean and the management team are helpful and quick to help with booking questions etc.
