When we first arrived our room had a strange smell which reduced by leaving the window open. Rooms are small but have everything required. Clean, quiet location close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Main Street and ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful

The customer service was great the room was very clean modern and included all the necessary facilities it was spacious with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It is located in a district with close proximity to shops and is conveniently located there are no significant landmarks but isn’t far from the beach.

Please beware there is no lift. So if travelling with heavy bags or disability this property isnot for you. Also issue's with wifi certificate and there's a very sharp edge on the shower tray, which I cut my foot on

I had an amazing stay here! I’ve stayed in lots of gorgeous 5* hotels and this one is definitely up there. The staff couldn’t do more for you and the pool was always so quiet! Special shout out to Jasmin on reception who was so lovely and went above and beyond for anything asked of her. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here! Thank you Belmoral :)

Everything about our stay was terrific the staff were exceptional and congratulations to your HR people as all staff were helpful and courteous. Loved the breakfasts as we expected a continental breakfast instead of the wonderful selection that was included in the price of the room.

The studio unit was cosy and functional with a small kitchenette with only drawback was the size of bed ( queen size needed). A nice touch was the complementary breakfast at the cafe plus the secured parking in a gated enclosure.

The pros: Very clean and seemingly new room. New appliances and amenities. The pub next door (also seems new-ish) is great for food and a drink whilst taking in a beautiful view harbour view. The con: Bed is a bit too hard for me, disturbing my sleep.
