This hotel was convenient for the price, definitely out dated, such a shame the property owner hasn't renovated as it really needs it. Cheap beds. Needs a face lift big time. Perfect backpacker accommodation.

Hotel falling down in pieces. Dirty room, carpet on corridors to the rooms full of stains, paint on ceilings peeling, the shower in my room was still dirty from previous stay. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Unfortunately the condition of the property was terrible. I'm all for cheap accommodation and know you get what you pay for but mould covering the roof and walls is more of a health risk and I'm not exaggerating.

It’s not well maintained. During Easter holidays, our rooms were not cleaned, bed spread was not changed, bins were not emptied due to staff on Easter leave. But it’s a budget hotel near to strand. Other than staff on leave issues, it is okay as per the rent.

The shower was mouldy, bed wasn’t made properly, and my son in-law got questioned by a staff member about who he was and asked for his drivers licence for no reason. He was made feel very uncomfortable while staying there. I would definitely not recommend to anyone!!

Was initially give a room without enough beds for people booked , receptionist moved us to a ‘suite’ only when I provided evidence that I had booked for 4 people and needed 4 beds. Fire alarm went off twice (including at 3am!) only for staff to then say ‘false alarm’. Building, room and amenities in serious need of renovation. Mattresses sagging, carpets torn and not a single wall with undamaged paint. It might be cheap, but it’s also nasty.

Should be reported to the health department. Room was disgusting-filthy and there was mould everywhere. Carpet was stained, tile’s cracked in the bathroom and even the bathroom door was damaged. Fridge leaked. Bars over the windows so in the event of a fire you would never get out. Pity because the rest of the facility was ok and the staff were great.

We were in suit 4. It was dirty, air con don't work, back patio door no lock and patio was dirty, cigarettes everywhere it was disgusting. Bathroom the shower door hardly shut, carpet looks dirty. Stuff was very nice on the first day we were there stayed next day had lunch, food was horrible, chicken schnitzel was raw so couldn't eat it. And staff that day was so rude. One staff came and told us about the smoking rules but didn't tell any other table and we all knew the rule as we stayed there and knew where smoking area was. It needs to be updated and a good clean out.
