"Clean room and onsen. The location was nice and quiet. Good breakfast options. Also walking distance to a donki that's not extremely busy with tourists like the one in shibuya. The only caveat for me was they don't offer luggage delivery to my next destination but staff did instruct me to use the Lawson right next to the hotel to mail my luggage."

"The Tokyo Dome Hotel is huge, and busy, but it never felt like too much. The room was spacious and beautiful and the staff at the hotel is perfection. They were all so incredibly kind and helpful - offering us umbrellas for the day when it rained etc. The breakfast buffet was stellar! They took care of our luggage forwarding to Kyoto so easily, too. Let me give you just one example of their extreme hospitality: the night we arrived, it was too late in the evening to go out to eat so we went up to the rooftop bar to have a drink or two and a handful of small bites. As always, they pull out and push in your chair when you arrive and sit...but at one point I rose to go use the "facilities' and when I returned, the waiter was right there to pull my chair out...BUT, when I sat down, my shirt brushed my napkin and chopsticks onto the floor (the waiter had walked away). By the time I bent over to pick them up, he was right beside me with a new napkin and pair of chopsticks. This hotel is great. You're not in any part of old town that feels like Japan (which is the only downside), but it is perfection as a hotel."

"Awful! Do not stay here! There are better options! 1. We stayed in March and it was not even very cold outside, but the property refused to allow any room to turn on the air conditioning. The units inside the rooms were locked to heat only, making the stay very uncomfortable. We were forced to keep the window open the majority of the time for some air. 2. The staff refused to bring things up to the room and said, "Um, we ask that you come get them yourself," when I requested toothbrushes. 3. Leading into #3, there are only 3-4 elevators for the entire hotel when there are 18 floors with guest rooms, leading to huge lines to the elevator. It took me forever to get those toothbrushes. 4. They force you to allow them to clean your room every 3 days, and get mad if you don't want to let them. This was especially bad when we caught a cold and had to stand outside our room for 20 minutes waiting, while sick. 5. They are apparently operated by extremely bizarre people; you can tell by the weird propagandist literature in the rooms. Their CEO's face is plastered everywhere (revered like some kind of god?). Bottom line, just stay away, please! Also, this particular location is situated on a huge hill, which is a pain to walk up. Trust me, avoid."

"Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean with great amenities. The breakfast is simply but sufficient for our needs. The location is very convenient. I stayed for two nights but I wish I could be here longer! "
