"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and super clean, we slept comfortably here. All staff at the front desk spoke great English. We needed assistance making international calls for an insurance claim, and Takumi was very helpful in assisting us to make sure we were taken care of — this was greatly appreciated. The location was great to get to Tokyo Dome to watch a baseball game. We will stay here again when we return to Tokyo. "

"stayed here with my family of 6, had 3 rooms with all beautiful views all on the same floor next to each other. staff helped us do luggage transfer to our next hotel which helped us out a lot. right outside hotel has shops, senso-ji temple and plenty of dining options. stayed here twice when i visited tokyo and will continue to recommend and stay here myself. love it"

Clean and convenient

"I chose this hotel because it is close to Ueno Park and has a bath. The taxi driver wouldn't drive me to the front of the hotel--it's on a side street--but it is convenient. It's an older hotel, and it is kept clean. The reception staff didn't speak any English, but I used Google translate. They were helpful when I had questions. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Our first time in Japan but the hotel although small as expected but very clean and quiet. The location is just perfect. We did the hop on hop off bus and the stop was 2 min walk from the hotel. Everything is 2-5 min walk to metro, resto and shopping! "
