Kinosaki Onsen Kawaguchiya Honkan
3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (83)
"We loved our stay! Beautiful property in a very convenient location, but above all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. I had a careless oversight and left our train tickets in the room and a staff from the hotel ran all the way to the station to hand us our ticket just in time. Incredible! Thank you so much! We will always stay here when we visit Kinosaki!"
