"The room was OK, small size but enough for what it's used. We didn't have any problems and the staff were helpful. The bed was too firm, as it tends to be the case in most places in Japan. For breakfast there wasn't any western option, it was all rice, noodles, meat, etc. I understand that this is how they eat breakfast in Japan and I don't mind eating some of it but given that hotels are for tourists, it would be good to have 1 or 2 cereal, a fruit salad and some pastries at least. It is very close to one of my favorite places (Ring Soul, a pro wrestling bar), it is very close to Motomachi station, not too far from Sannomiya station, and it's close to many places to shop and eat! During my last stay, the shower and bath facility I had was simply wonderful, absolute luxury! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I don't want to stay anywhere else!"

"The hotel is part of the group and we are allowed to access the onsen in other hotels of the group. It is very fruitful to try all different onsen. All the hotels of the group are connected with pathway. One good point is that this hotels allow to choose yukata pattern. The staff is very nice and helpful. The stay is value for the money."

That we were encouraged to return by 9 PM was also a bit onerous (given it is 30 minutes from the city centre), but an understandable part of the guesthouse experience."
