"It's a really nice place to stay. The view is splendid, and the beach accessible via a staircase from the terras. There are separate bedrooms, but they are connected. (So, no real privacy.)All in all: highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful week staying at Casa Pergola. The location is stunning, and the house and facilities that Paul and David have built are incredible. You can tell they have really put their hearts into the house, decor, and the gardens. The outdoor spaces are large and varied, with brilliant views to the surrounding hills and the reservoir below. The weather was great for our stay, and so we spent the majority of time outside making the most of the pool, bbq, and dining area! Paul and David had to be out of town for our arrival, but they communicated well throughout and they kindly arranged for a neighbour to greet us and show us around the house. They were always on hand whenever we needed via whatsapp, whilst also maintaining privacy.As others have mentioned, as you get closer to the house, the access road becomes a gravel/earth track with bumpy and uneven sections. We found this manageable, and worth the effort for the quality of the house, but make sure to get an SUV or high-clearance vehicle and take it slow.If you're looking for a place that's a little more secluded than others, is high quality, and has great facilities, then this is a perfect place to stay. We only wish we could have stayed for longer!"

"We LOVED this house! We fit 10 people comfortably, loved the AC, pool and the hospitality. This location was a little more remote than we expected, but we would 100% stay here again. Downtown Palermo was an easy drive, we loved visited Cefalu and the town of Trabia itself. Each night we relaxed in the pool after a fun day of exploring nearby locations. Highly recommend."

"Excellent house for a family with teenagers and children. The swimming pool was a major point for entertainment . Very well kept and clean. Good location to use as a base for exploring the West part of Sicily."

"This was a great place for our large family group and Cristina was a big help. We did enjoy our stay here. Our biggest complaints were with the barking dog next door and with the confusing instructions about recycling and waste disposal. One day the trash was not picked up and there were no clearly labeled containers for all of the different types of trash."

"Our time at Patrizia’s property was wonderful. As a family of 5 we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was such a nice added bonus, water pressure is great, AC runs well. The meal Patrizia made was absolutely delicious and such a kind gesture. Nothing to do with the property but I’d suggest to rent a car."

"The photo's on the web site are dated and need updating.The whole property need an uplift in quality and maintenance.The air conditioning to lounge / kitchen area needs replacing as it does not cool this area only blows warn air. Some sun shade to the glass areas is required as the afternoon sun really heats this area up."

"Angelo is the hardest working individual I have met while in Italy. He is extremely loyal being with the hotel twenty two years Everyone, Aleso, sp Juicy, Veronica, Guisppe, Paolo, Alice A lee CHE are so kind. Francesca sings beautifully every night. Housekeeping is wonderful. I had my second flat in six weeks with a brand new car. Aleso made phone calls from home for me. I run a large service organization in the Pittsburgh area and get emotional about our leadership team and hundreds reporting them. I am a bit emotional how they welcome they have made me feel while making a major life decision to have a home nearby. I will come back every year until I buy a home. Then I will throw a party for them. Les DeFelice"

"We were very pleased with this Palo’s VRBO. Everything was very clean and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. We had a wonderful time with our family of 5.The only thing I can complain about is there is some sort of public beach house with parking directly next door. They would stay up late and be on the beach early. Lots of constant activity. However, there wasn’t any problems and should the deck more than made up for it!"
