"A very nice modern and luxurious hotel near the airport and the Black Sea; in fact, all rooms have a water view. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and there's a cook to make custom omelettes for a reasonable fee. The coffee wasn't very good, thank goodness for Nescafe. The hotel does not serve dinner or drinks, and unfortunately it's in a restaurant desert. For good food you need to go into town by taxi (app 300 Tl in October 2023) or by minibus (16.5 TL). "Lovely stay with friends, great rooms - huge, spacious, good facilities and bathroom products. Great location in Trabzon, walking distance of djoos, gd douk, restaurants. Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. "

"Excellent hotel with amazing staff from receptionist to General Manager. Beautiful location across from the sea. Very good food in restaurant and served breakfast, lunch and dinner..Very nice room with all amenities. Staff very helpful and polite. Would recommend this hotel for travelers and will definitely stay there again when visit Trabzon next time."
