"Staff and amenities are absolutely fabulous. Hands down. The food is fantastic. It’s very rare a hotel will have great customer service and great food but the grand Hyatt has everything down to perfection. Will be staying here from now on. We had the 2 bedroom suite and I didn’t want to leave the room. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. "

He was exceptional and he paid attention to details. Like when my husband was using a piece of paper for his mouse, and Lenard offered him a mouse pad."
