"Ive traveled worldwide and stayed at many 5 star hotels. However, there is nothing like the hospitality my wife and I experienced at this property. Im in the hospitality industry. I wish I could transfer this level of greatness to my tram. We were treated like royalty. The satff is amazing and beyond accommodating. It was beyond 5 star. I cant wait to return. "Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome. The buffet manager "Chandon" was super helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. All in all a wonderful experience! I would go back to this hotel anytime! "

"Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us"
