"Poor quality hotel room , dirty walls"

"Very old and the rooms look nicer online. Very small rooms with the bare minimum inside. Incredibly uncomfortable mattress and the pillows were soooo lumpy. The property is very old and really only the lobby looks good. There is only a small window that opened in our room."

"Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains."

"It's nice enough for a short break and centrally located. However, the rooms are small, the bed was basically the width of the room and up against the window. If you're staying as a couple and prone to needing the loo in the night, you may need to climb over your partner. If you're on that side there is nowhere to put stuff or plug stuff in. There were a few finishing touches missing like the ends of the rails for the sliding doors. You can't fill the sink and there's no fridge or safe. The soundproofing did seem good."

"Expect tiny rooms"

"Our room was wonderful. It was newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping service was very good. Good water pressure and hot water. Really appreciated the towel warmer. We requested a drop off of our bags and were able to get an early check in. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a very positive experience. "

"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"Great stay with great staff. The lack of an iron or fridge may be jarring but you can request these at the front desk. Everyone was friendly. "
