"This was a good hotel in a good location in London, for a very reasonable price. The room was big on amenities, and we didn't realize there was no air conditioner there, but then again we really didn't need it in March. The staff was very helpful. The room was a little smaller than what we thought we were getting viewing the photos online, but for the price we didn't mind. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are trying to "keep it simple" with size vs a good location & price. "

"Great Location. Almost equal distance to Westminster and Waterloo underground stations. Walking distance to nearly all Westminster area sites (Big Ben, Parliament, London Eye, Westminster Bridge, The Mall and Palace). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. "

"Reception was helpful on arrival. I was asked what room I wanted and given a room that was quiet. As important it was cosy, clean and tidy, even had chocolates. The bed was comfy but not too soft and I had a good nights sleep. The Haxwell restaurant was good for fine dining, but for those with a bigger appetite might find it lacking portion wise, but there are plenty of restaurants too choose from on the doorstep. The hotel is well located for central locations and theatres either walking or a short taxi ride away. Compared to some, I found the room good value, just right for rest and relaxation. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here & once again - I absolutely love this place. The location is fabulous, a 7 min walk to Kings Cross, food galore of all kinds within a 4 min walking distance, 2 pubs across the street to choose from - just everything you need. Point A is my favorite hotel brand in England & In Ireland & I truly will not stay anywhere else. If you're traveling with a friend, husband, child - it's perfect. The only downfall is that's it, 2 people. I so wish they had a few choices for 3 people room's. "

"Room was fine, Concierge was good Staff at breakfast were rude. They were not helpful, the selection was poor, I asked for veggie sausages, no response. Please improve staff and breakfast "

"Great check in experience. Arrived to leave our bags and return later and we were given our room at 12 noon which was a real bonus. Beds really comfy and quiet room. Breakfast had a good choice and food was good quality. Staff were friendly."

"Great location. Smooth check in. Room is comfortable but if you’re on the street side it’s fairly noisy. Bar and lobby is one of London’s biggest MacBook warrior hangouts. Biggest downside was the absurd frosted glass door on the bathroom (not all rooms have this) giving zero privacy; whoever designs these things needs to change career. "

"Tiny room, outdated, not the cleanest. The noise from other rooms unbearable until 3am one night- maintenance work from 8am that was not prewarned. Good location though and was above average for a hotel for this size. "
