"The room and hotel were ideal for our needs, few bits of cosmetic maintenance needed but nothing major. Either need fitted sheets of the housekeepers need to be trained to make sure the sheets are on secure, I had to remake both beds to get the sheets to stay on."

"Room was small and clean enough. Bathroom was an outdated some rust and cracks and was some crumbs in our bath tub & a little smelly. Staff were ok, helped but not overly happy or enthusiastic.the biggest disappointment was needing to pay to keep your luggage in the holding room as couldn’t check in till 3pm, I think it is ridiculous that you should to pay to store your luggage when already paying over £100 for a room especially when asking for £10 per bag! That is a lot of money for a family visiting for 2 days! I have never had to pay to keep luggage stored in other hotels."

"No kettle or tea/coffee in room. 1st floor is very noisy being so close to the street, have to keep curtains closed as double decker buses can see through! Walls are a little thin and could hear the neighbours next door during the night. Everything else was comfy and cozy, perfect for the 2 night stay I had and super close to Tottenham court road and other shopping areas. Would recommend if you need something basic and comfortable but don't expect the ritz!"
