"Our room looked as though it was not cleaned. I had to ask for all new bedding due to ours being dirty when checking in. There were toenails all over the floor and it was dirty. I really don’t think our room was cleaned before check in. Very disappointed due to the price I spent. "

"Overall, the stay was nice. All hotels seem to struggle with pool towels being out so we had to ask for some. Also, had to ask for new towels for our room on day 2. Small amounts of mold in the bathroom, but you can tell they try to stay on top of it. My biggest issue was the water features not working at the pool. There’s not a sign warning about it either. Traveling with a toddler, I chose this hotel specifically for the little pool. I was extremely disappointed with that. We would have only stayed one night if I knew about that. The hot tub was more like a warm tub, but honestly not complaining about that, because it still was enjoyable."

"Room was not clean. Toothpaste splatter in the sink... gross. I drop a piece of ice on the floor and cleaned it up with a washcloth, couldn't believe how filthy the floor is. Worst of all. Middle of the night a staff person opened our door. We assume to take a nap. Startled, he apologized and left immediately. Extremely unsettling. Breakfast was Luke warm-gross. Will not be back to this location. Ever!"

"This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking. If you are a short person, you may want to bring a stepstool to get into the beds. We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is perfect for our needs."
