"We didn't see the place because the host cancelled the booking when we were arriving in Napoli so we were without a place to sleep after 10pm!!!The communication was terrible. She hasn't try to reach me on the app for the check-in and when I did..no response on the app and the phone number was wrong. So no way to tell her the hour of arriving.
