"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely suitable for human consumption. I’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites plenty of times and have never had to deal with any sort of problem in the past. Needless to say I was not happy with the hotel and the staff. I’ll have to really think hard about staying with them in the future. 👎"

"The place was SO clean and well-stocked! Had everything we need for a pre-wedding bridesmaid stay! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating! Backyard area was great even though we didn’t use it! "
