"I have tried to reach out to Hilton three times with no response. The stay was mediocre. I have been in worse places & I have stayed in nicer places for cheaper. First off, the pool was nice. Very heavy in the chlorine, as it burned my eyes just sitting in the room while my daughter played in the pool. Then when we went back to the room to shower, the shower was broken. We called the front desk, maintenance never showed up. We have them almost an hour (53 minutes) to show up. Never did. Called back and asked because it was almost 2200 at this time & we needed to be in bed as we had to get up at 0445 the next morning. She said he would come in the morning. I said we'll, he has to have it fixed for me to shower at 0445, so was he coming before that? She said no between 0700-0900. I said we would be checked out by then, someone needs to come now. Finally 32 minutes later he showed. Didn't fix it because it didn't work in the am, then proceeded to not turn off for 1.5 hrs after my shower ended. Around the toliet was yellow when I wiped around it with a towel the night before cleaning up from the shower. We had not used the bathroom in the room yet, but it was very yellow & gross after we cleaned up the water from the shower. The curtain was off the track so a street light shown into the bed perfectly. The staff when addressed with issues said he would make a note, and nothing. I have reached out 3 times, radio silence. Stay else where!!"

"The home needs a solid refresh. The work done to repair the issues in the house shows as poor work. Doors don't work, lights don't work, paint jobs show the hole or damage to the wall. The bathrooms are not functional. You have no place to safely put a toothbrush or other toiletries down. The downstairs closet needs to be repaired, the basement is cold and the small space heater is inadequate. Not. One picture hung on the walls are square or level. The couch needs to be cleaned. The cheap kitchen table and chairs need to be replaced. I would not recommend staying there."

"We drove 8 hours and when we arrived they were still cleaning the townhome even though it was past check in. So we left and did some grocery shopping. When we came back the dishes in the cabinet were filthy like they have not been washed. So we had to re wash all the dishes before use. The couch was broken and they did come and replace it in a timely matter. The grill was busted as well which was also replaced. We mentioned to management that downstairs there was an abundance of dead bugs. Everytime we went to do a laundry there was a dead cricket. We were told it’s common. Well I mean I don’t think dead bugs in a home should be common. There were some safety concerns as well. The fire alarm was just dangling and not even attached to the ceiling. There was an outlet outside that had no covering on it. They did eventually come and take care of those issues as well. The neighborhood is amazing. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming to us. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed for almost 2 months. They did accommodate us and let us bring our cats which we are forever grateful for since they don’t allow cats. "
