This place is enchanting. The staff are genuinely caring. The beach takes you back in time. Cant say enough good things about this place. If you get irritated that the internet doesnt always work, you would missed the feeling of this place. Monica is perfect.

The room was not that luxury of its name. It does not have Even a wardrobe or a desk. It is so simple that i had to ask for another sheet for the bed as it only has the lower and a cover with nothing in between. Not My type of room

Atendimento nada cortes, contratei um quarto pela fotos e recebi outro. A pessoa que nos atendeu disse simplesmente que era isso mesmo e que nao tinha o que fazer. Café da manhã fraquissimo, pouquissimas opções, 5 pessoas vieram nos abordar para perguntar qual a nossa suite, nos deixando constrangios, restaurante nao tem controle da entreda dos hospedes e fica fazendo a mesma pergunta varias vezes. Pelo preço da diaria acho que o atendimento deveria ser bem diferente, não voltaria pela falta de atenção. A pessoa que melhor nos atendeu foi o vigia noturno.

Hotel incrível, quarto extremamente limpo, mobiliário novo, todos os dias limpavam e arrumavam o quarto. Instalações da piscina e o entorno, por exemplo banheiros, arrumados e limpos. Ambiente sem ruídos, conseguimos descansar. O restaurante do hotel é nota 10, assim como os funcionários do restaurante e do hotel, todos atenciosos e prestativos. Voltaremos.

Ficamos em uma suite com piscina privativa! Bem amplo, confortável! O café da manhã é no restaurante do hotel que fica atravessando a rua, com pé na areia! Muito agradável! Decepcionante

Passamos um fim de semana na Suíte Master 20, a vista é bonita mas tem um poste na frente, cheio de fios expostos bem em frente a piscina. A água da piscina é gelada. Da pra ouvir o barulho da rua e tem uma igreja que começa a fazer barulho no domingo as 8h. O atendimento é péssimo, pelo valor da diária esperava bem mais atenção. As “amenities” do quarto são péssimas. Não tem roupão. Frigobar não é bem abastecido. Muitos insetos e muriçocas a noite. O quarto tem um cheiro estranho que parece madeira molhada. Pedimos o café da manhã flutuante e veio faltando praticamente todos os itens que pedimos, substituíram por itens inferiores. O restaurante do serviço de quarto não é bom. No geral, não vale o preço que cobram.

Bom, mas Caro para o que oferece. Muriçocas!

Quarto enorme, quase um apartamento. Isso é bom por um lado e ruim por outro por conta da limpeza não ficar 100%. Os banheiros nao tem portas; a ducha do sanitário tem muito cheiro de esgoto. A piscina individual não tem aquecimento e nunca pega sol, então, não conseguimos usar pela temperatura baixa. O estacionamento é amplo, coberto por árvores, e é aberto ao público, achei bem inseguro. Já as áreas comuns são bonitas, rústicas, porém pecam da mesma falta de limpeza. A área da piscina tava bem suja. Tanto a água estava amarelada quanto a área de bar molhado que nao funciona estava um horror! Tinham funcionários usando makita e esmeril para construir algo em plena área comum do hotel, fazendo um barulho terrível. Ah, o hotel tem muita madeira, área natural e plantas, palha nas telhas, portanto, MUITA muriçoca! Eu tou todo picado. Ao questionar sobre isso, os anfitriões simpaticamente sugeriram para fechar as portas. Eles ofereceram duas daquelas raquetes elétricas para matar as muriçocas, porem ambas quebradas. Entao leve isso em consideração. O café da manhã é bom, porém pouco variado. Eles servem tapioca e omelete feitos na hora mas tem uma certa demora, é um pouco frustrante. Em defesa deles, o brownie é bom. Pelo preço da diária e pela oferta de pousadas lindas ao redor, além do que eu levantei nessa avaliação, eu não voltaria.

Foi decepcionante para ser um hotel. O café não condiz com o hotel e a limpeza das piscinas externa e interna não ocorreu, estavam sujas. Os funcionários fazem “ouvido de mercador” quando ocorre uma reclamação. Os preços são exorbitantes. Houve muita queda de energia.

Deteriorado, caro e desorganizado

O hotel esta com completa falta de manutenção, pisos, móveis estrutura no geral bem decaída e que não representa em nada a exuberância que foi no passado. Além da falta de manutenção cobram uma fortuna por um café da manhã que não justifica o valor dado o que esta disponível no mesmo. No Check-out o mesmo queria cobrar novamente a hospedagem que já havia sido paga a meses passados, no momento em que o mesmo foi reservado. Na tentativa de resolver a questão do pagamento só havia um celular disponível para contato da agência a qual ficou 50 minutos tentando falar e ninguém atendia.

Estadia boa, mas poderia ser melhor

A estadia foi boa, mas não atendeu as nossas expectativas. Havia já algum tempo que planejávamos conhecer esse hotel, que sempre se vendeu como muito melhor do que todos os outros da região. Contudo, não se diferencia tanto assim. O café da manhã, por exemplo, é bem mais simples do que de muitas pousadas de diferentes praias do Ceará e a piscina não parecia ser muito limpa. Outro ponto a ser destacado para quem tem crianças pequenas ou algum acompanhante idoso: atenção com os batentes! São vários dentro dos quartos, inclusive para entrar nos banheiros.

Ficamos em um quarto com piscina privativa, fantástico. Entretanto, achamos que as piscinas não são limpas como deveriam. Tanto a coletiva, quanto a privativa. Fomos informados que o hotel está passando por mudanças, inclusive vai mudar de nome. Mesmo assim é um hotel fantástico.
