"Grundsätzlich kann man sagen, dass das Haus in einem guten Zustand ist, Platz für 6 Personen hat und auf den ersten Blick auch alles hat was im Inserat aufgeführt ist. Bei genauerem Hinsehen ist jedoch deutlich geworden, dass einiges schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Angefangen bei den Töpfen und Pfannen, Besteck und Gläsern (wir haben erstmal 6 neue Gläser gekauft) und letztlich die Spielsachen für die Kinder. "Very nice location, spacious and clean. Beautiful patio and the sauna and hot tub were amazing. The campground amenities nearby were very convenient but also severe markets/bakeries very close. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"we loved our relaxed week in odder. The garden en the view are lovely. We could use the swimmingpool, that was great, probably can only be used in the summer. Yes the accomodation could use a little updating, but was comfortable (beds great, room/facilities comfortable). Dont really understand the reviews. The house is on the best location for a quiet relaxing holiday, if you want restaurants etc you need a car. Aarhus and Odder are close by."

"fijne vakantie gehad met 2 volwassenen. Als we een klein kind bij ons hadden zou ik teleurgesteld zijn: zandbak weinig zand, veel onkruid. Sowieso veel onkruid. Interieur praktisch, vloer beetje sleets en stoffering bank echt vies. "Es hat uns gut gefallen! Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Gut ist das mit den "Kleiderschränken" in den Schlafzimmern geregelt. Nach Moesgard, Århus und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Leider waren wir im Februar da, bei ca. 3°C Außentemperatur. Die Wärmepumpe hat es nicht geschafft eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu schaffen und auch mit Kamin war es schwierig, also lieber eine wärmere Jahreszeit aussuchen. "Bij binnenkomst draaiden we bijna weer om. Smerig serviesgoed wat niet afgewassen was. In de kasten stapels en tassen met 'prive' erop. Afzuigkap die vet drupte. Geen goede eerste indruk. Dus eerst zelf maar e.e.a. schoongemaakt. Daarna was het een comfortabel verblijf. Tip voor de eigenaar: gooi 3/4 van de zooi eruit. Dan heb je ook minder schoon te houden en ziet het er een stuk frisser uit. Voor al de dekens kan je prima bakken kopen, dan blijven ze ook schoner. Het schuurtje kan wel een...

"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen. The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft. It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."
