It was also nice to say someplace right next to the train station (especially since we brought my senior parents) and have the option of leaving luggage and exploring the city before check in / not taking your luggage all over town. For those driving, the car park / parking lot seem to be large enough to accommodate many visitors. "

"Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm. This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work. Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."
