"The hotel has a good location, big room and comfortable bed. But about rooms 101 and 102. The colaenes to the fitness suite is very disturbing. I was woken at 06.00 by the thrumming of someone Running on the threadmill and it was so loud it was impossible to go back to sleep!"

"The staff (front desk, restaurant, bar) were all excellent. Friendly, professional, willing to go the extra step. The food I had (two breakfasts, two lunches) was very good; fresh and well presented. What was far less appealing was the property itself. It's an historic building but for some reason management has decided to run with a "hip/moody/verging on bordello" vibe. Beginning with the elevator, on thru the halls and into the room I occupied, the lighting was almost nonexistent. This was particularly annoying in my room. While the entire place may be antiseptically clean, this low lighting and dark colors and some needs-replacing drapery and upholstery, makes it feel like it needs cleaning. "

We plan to return ti Belfast in the near future and will stay here again as its a nice location for getting out around the city"
