Host was very diligent in reaching out for our arrival. Excellent communications. Room was unique and roomy. The attached restaurant was superb. Host was very helpful in identifying parking, as the hotel is located on a pedestrian street.

Excellent, atmospheric property in the middle of Trapani. Staff was very helpful. There is no elevator in the building so there are stairs. Rooms were good. Hotel restaurant was very good and convenient. Breakfast was excellent--one of the best of our trip.

Un Hotel o forse dovrei dire B&B nella media, Ma per il prezzo pagato ,mi sarei aspettato almeno la chiave nella stanza da letto in modo da chiuderla per riscaldarla, ma la pompa di calore è all'ingresso e poi la cucina con i fiammiferi e le pentole vecchie... inutile. Infine non dite che c'è la Spa perché non c'è, e per prenotare ti danno il numero di telefono e se sei fortunato trovi il posto...io l'ho trovato alle 15 perché il weekend è tutto pieno.Bastava dirlo in modo da prenotare in tempo.Praticamente pensavo fosse un hotel e invece è un B&B , pensavo quantomeno di utilizzare la SPA ma ci ho dovuto pensare io...tutto questo ad un prezzo esagerato visto i numerosi disservizi

Charmerende centralt hotel

Dejlig lejlighed i gammelt charmerende hotel ud til den centrale gågade med en række restauranter. Gå afstand til det meste også busser ved havnen nås på 10 minutter. Venlig betjening i morgenmadsbuffet. Man kan presse sin egen appelsinjuice. Lidt for mange kager til morgenmad.En dansker vil hellere have lidt mere brød og forskelligt pålæg.

Enchanting, classically restored historical building in the very heart of town. Manager Francesca could not have been more welcoming. Rooms are functional, and lots of steps up to second/third floor B&B. Thankfully there is a luggage dumbwaiter that you have to see!

Comfortable and well located hotel

A comfortable stay in a hotel well located within the town and walking distance from the ferry. The breakfast was good and the dinner (where you get a discount if you stay in the hotel) was even better. Definitely recommend.

Must stay here when in Trapani

We were "wowwed" by this accomodation. Beautiful building; location in the heart of old town, great breakfast, nice provider. Clean, cool decor, good linens and lighting, nice sitting area.

Property kitchen in need of significant repair. Coffee pot did not work. Sink falling apart . Fixtures in bathroom can be tightend easily, cannot hang towel. Otherwise the property is spotless and charming in its decor. Very spacious and well located. Breakfast is nice with fresh oj, in the adjoining restaurant. Most of all the convenience of location and the charm of an old restored building is the major draw. Strongly recommend staying here. Hopefully the owners will tend to the minor repairs mentioned.

Property is historic and should be beautiful, but is very neglected. Don't be fooled by the picture of the facade of the hotel. Not worth the money compared to others in the area.

Traditional and welcoming

We stayed one night and were generally happy with the facilities, welcoming owner and easy check in. Room was up/down steps and others appear to have restricted access but then this is an old building. It is picturesque, but primarily it is well located for the town. Room was clean, with four poster bed. A blind on the bathroom door would avoid any embarrassing moments when you enter off the main corridor. Good for walking to sights, parking is available within 5 mins walk, some paid some free. Just be wary of the street cleaning times as you could get towed away. Breakfast was OK, a little limited depending on what you are after, it is served in the adjoining restaurant. You do get a discount if you eat there.
