"I don’t normally provide reviews if I can’t be positive but felt that I should comment. Communication with the host was good, but when we arrived at about 5pm the host’s associate met us at the door to let us know that the cleaning person had not arrived. He quickly arranged for someone else to clean and accommodated our request to make up the pull out couch vs the bed in the front loft. "This apartment was perfect! Looks exactly like photos, fabulous neighborhood- bakery, gelato and wine store all right down stairs. Sipping wine on the balcony before dinner was lovely. Definitely recommend for solo, a couple or two friends couch sleeper was even comfortable. "
