The hotel is new and clean. We spend time in the pool overlooking the ocean. The only thing we disappointed is that the location of the beach is the best.

Stayed for a few nights for a short island getaway. The chill is great because it is near some great food and bars. The view of the sunset was great and perfect way to relax. Room was big and quiet. Pool in good condition and the breakfast was awesome.

Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location of hotel is amazing in a good area. Many restaurants and shops all around . The Staffs were polite and helpful.

I plan to find and contact the owners of this resort. I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled here - absolutely everything was pitch-perfect. The staff was knowledgeable, INCREDIBLY patient (we spoke no Thai), and thorough to the last detail, helping us with everything from walking directions to borrowing the free kayaks. We Loved our stay a few days ago at Awa! The customer service was exceptional and the resort is amazing. The place is brand new and is gorgeous and I love the bold modern design. Everything you need, to get a calm stay on this busy island. With a direct access to a lagoon with a large mangrove forest and the sea, it has also one of the nicest natural spots of Ko Chang. The staff is absolutely kind and will help you for any issue. The rooms are fantastic! Only thing you have to know, the hotel is on the opposite side of quite all accommodations. So if you wanna have a drink outside or go to the beach, you need a motorbike. But the nice views make every ride worth...
