"Room was clean - Love the concept, but had issues. Towel Hooks were not anchored - could not hang the towels, soap dish in shower was hanging, not able to put anything on it, sink faucet was loose, and curtains were not hooked properly at one end. Staff are pleasant; however, when I reported issues with the room, they did not offer an alternative room and said they would send someone to fix the issues. No one ever came throughout our stay. Very disappointing. Breakfast had a good variety, but the warm foods were not very warm. Shops nearby were well situated."
