Excellent location,well cleaned and maintained. Little bit noisy if your room falls on the roadside of the property. Only issue: if you are booking through any travel site ask for the check in instructions beforehand,because the check in reception is not where the actual hotel is,it is 50-60 yards away from the hotel. For me expedia didn't send any information as such and I had to wait at the hotel gate till some people who were staying in the hotel guided me to the reception

Overexceeded my expectations considering it is a hostel. I was lucky to get large loft style room with a built-in bathroom. Good air-conditioning in this warm weather and best of all was the bed and bedding. Very cozy and firm with choice on firmness on pillows. Our room was at street level so expect some noise but didn't affect us as we were so tired. Only minor complaint was the shower drain was partially clogged so only turned the water on when needed.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life as a traveler. To begin with, I arrived after 9 p.m. and there were eight homeless people sleeping outside. The room had a literally broken window, with no curtain. The lobby attendant wasn't there, and we had to wait for him for about 20 minutes. Besides being rude and lacking empathy, they didn't care at all about our complaint. Fortunately, we found another hotel. I had paid for three nights, and they didn't refund me for the two nights after my check-out. I can't understand how Expedia has this hotel listed. Please, NEVER STAY THERE.

Quarto muito bom, bem espaçoso e limpo, cama muito confortável também. Único ponto foi o ralo do box que não dava conta de escoar toda a agua durante o banho, o que acabou acumulando bastante.
