"Everything was wonderful from checking in, port upon arrival, the room was very clean but the carpet is white and had lots of stains. Needs updated. Breakfast was fabulous. All staff in there were so nice and accommodating. We did have drinks a couple of times at the rooftop bar and did eat there once. Gorgeous view from there. The staff were excellent but slow at times. It was busy so maybe need more staff up there. It is very centrally located to everything. Would definetly stay again. "

"The hotel staff, friendly, helpful. They helped us plan a route to visit all the sites we wanted to see in Porto. They store our bags and then checkout time they put them in our room. When we returned, we just checked in our bags were already there. They have a wonderful turn down service. And the rooftop restaurant and bar has delicious food and cocktails. The view is unparalleled to see old town. You can see the golden hour, which was dazzling. Superb"
