When checking in, reception staff were surly and didn’t even say anything about welcome to the hotel etc… Breakfast staff were also not very communicative. We had just spent a few days in Lisbon where staff were so friendly and helpful in contrast to Pestana Vintage were staff were not very friendly or helpful. "My husband and I had a fabulous 4 night stay in one of the studio apartments. Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast staff, especially the handsome well-mannered servers, were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely and filling. What more could you ask for?"
