Very nice hotel located close to many shops and restaurants. I'd stay there again for sure. Only issue was we asked for a quiet room, but didn't get it. However, the location and amenities of hotel made up for it.

Hotel super well located to Trindade Station which has a direct metro line with the airport, but also downtown. Around it are also restos, cafes, supermarkets. Staff was great. The food in the resto was great. Breakfast was ok with varied choices, but not always fresh. Pictures for the premium bedroom did not reflect what I got. I greatly appreciated however being able to check in early. Overall, a great stay.

The Staff was very friendly, the room was clean. They had a note saying that you get a discount for being Expedia member but it doesn't apply to the breakfast charge? A bit confusing. Buffet breakfast really good, air-conditioning good

The room was perfect for me and my friend on our trip to Porto. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We accidentally blew the fuse in our room from a hair product and we were quickly given a new room right across from our original room. We really appreciate the staff here and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Porto!

We had a room on the 9th floor with a balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were not happy with the loud music that was played at the rooftop bar until after midnight on Friday and Saturday. We would expect it to be quiet by 10:00 p.m.

The staff was very helpful in guiding places to eat, tourist attractions, and overall recommendations in Lisboa. The room was always clean and had many accessible services towards guests. The main benefit was being in the center of Lisboa and close to tourist activities.

Overall our stay was a pleasant experience. Hotel location was right near the metro, not 100% central but still within close proximity of the city. It was easy to walk around. Staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Unfortunately we went during a heat wave, the air conditioning wasn't strong enough and very inconsistent.

My only complaint was the room size and the glass shower and toilet in the bedroom. If I was to stay again I would seek a room with a separate bathroom. Otherwise hotel is clean and secure and close walk to downtown if you have a vehicle be prepared to pay$20euros per day parking
