The hotel is great! The staff are helpful and nice. The interior is nice as well. They wrote a warm lovely note and gave us egg tarts when we checked in. That’s really sweet. The only downside is the location. It’s around 17 min walk to the busy tourist area, tho bolt and uber are pretty affordable in Porto.

It was a good location and a very well run hotel. It is fairly small but in keeping with its boutique style. The staff and breakfast were all very good. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Only down side was the droning noise coming probably from the stairwell fan which started around 6am every morning. Some may not notice it but others would find it disturbing or intrusive. Mentioned it to the reception a couple of times but didn’t receive an answer.

Clean, well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Erick Morais, Fatima Rodrigues, and the rest of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful VIP package, including the wine and cake we ordered, which was delicious. We also highly recommend trying the pizza at the hotel restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, with the main city attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas just a 10-minute walk away. The Bolhão Market is also within walking distance and is a wonderful place to experience local food and pick up souvenirs. We are grateful to the staff for their excellent restaurant recommendations, which enhanced our visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return in the future.
