Our room overlooking the Duoro was lovely. We enjoyed the view even more than expected. The super friendly staff helped us with a map and important areas to see, booked dinner reservations and a port wine tasting. We could not have been happier.

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and even in a busy area we heard nothing at night.. Breakfast was included in our booking and served… Not a buffet which was nice.. First time in Porto and the staff answered our questions and offered suggestions.. Our airport transfer driver gave us so much information about Porto as well… I would definitely stay here again! We are very pleased with our stay in this aparto hotel, excellent hospitality and customer service. Spacious studio with a terrace and a very nice city view. They pay attention to details. We came to Porto to celebrate my birthday and the staff sent me a card with my name on it and chocolates! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for making my day very special!

Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. This was a great location for launching our first trip to Porto. The apartment was just as appeared in the picture. The staff was very helpful in recommending a great restaurant as well. I would recommend these apartments.

Clean, comfortable, good lay out, great location, competitive price. Could use a few more items in kitchen, like a cutting board, sharper knives, etc.

The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations. The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. We loved walking everywhere

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

I can't speak highly enough of the people who work at Exmo. Everyone we encountered was wonderful and helpful. This was especially true after my husband got food poisoning after eating out one day. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond assisting us in getting medicine for him and then just general care for us while this was happening. Exmo's location is amazing, the breakfast is great, but the staff is the real gem of the place. Thank you!

A fun property in a great location and friendly staff.

I stayed here in September 2022 on a Girls trip. The hotel is very well located just a short walk to the shops, market, and attractions. The hotel is beautiful in layout and room were lovely. The beds were plush and comfy.
