The house was beautifully appointed, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit. The location was perfect to visit both Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Lisa was attentive to all our needs, would definitely recommend!

Amazing accommodations. Great place and perfect location if you want to see Leelanau Peninsula. Easy drive to Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland, and Empire/Sleeping Bear. House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy entry with the key pad and the house has everything you could possibly want.

A long weekend in Traverse

Our kids and parents stayed in the house while we (my husband and I) attended wedding events in the area for friends. They had a fantastic stay. The house was bigger than we expected and the lot is private. The house was clean with new appliances and fixtures throughout. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

The location was great…right between downtown Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes park! We spent time at both, and enjoyed our stay. The home was very quiet, and nicely appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in an adorable house! Lisa was a pleasure to work with, and her home was so cute and welcoming. It was perfect for our weekend. We loved the patio, and the functionality of the space. It was a great location, central to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

We planned a long weekend in the Traverse City are. Lisa's home was a perfect location for the activities we wanted to do. spent a day at Sleeping Bear Dunes and visited many coastal towns. Also spent time in Traverse City at the many breweries and the great restaurants. the home was great. located in a quit neighborhood. very clean and well stocked. I would strongly recommend staying at this wonderful home.

Family Camping

Location was great. Other family members stayed at Indigo Bluffs Campground and us out of staters rented the house. It was a perfect location. House was clean and well stocked. Very nice that shampoo and soaps were available in the showers. Lovely back deck with seating for morning coffee. Fire pit steps from the house as well. Definitely would stay again.

This is one of the nicest vacation homes we have stayed in with VRBO. It is a full-sized ranch home with a generous living area and kitchen and a deck that faces the woods. A bonus is the master suite with attached bathroom that was perfect for when we had our friends stay with us for a couple of nights. Our host communicated just the right amount and let us know when she was going to be staying in the downstairs apartment (not a surprise, since it is in the property description). The fact that is has central A/C was important to us, even though it was cool enough that we didn’t need it. The neighborhood is quiet but neighbors are friendly. It’s close to TC to take advantage of the downtown and restaurants, but the coffee shop in Lake Ann was a quick drive and a nice way to start the day. If you’re looking for a rustic cabin right on the beach, this is not it. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

Frankfort Ironman

What a magical place this was - absolutely adorable, well equipped and in an utterly lovely and quiet location. We stayed here because we needed a place nearby to Frankfort where our daughter was competing in an Ironman. We were joined by my brother and his wife - it made for a special family occasion. Lisa was a helpful and highly responsive host.

Perfect location and SO clean!!

This home was the perfect spot to land for my family while we visited Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and Traverse City. The central location is super convenient. The property itself was immaculate, it literally looked like we were the first people who ever stayed there, everything was just perfectly in its place. The owner thought of everything, including throw blankets for when we snuggled up for a movie at the end of a busy day. We used the fire pit once which was a great extra touch. The layout of the home is perfect for families as the primary suite is completely separate from the guest bathroom and bedroom. The owner stayed in the downstairs apartment while we were there, but it really was zero issue. If we wouldn’t have crossed paths when we arrived, we wouldn’t have even known anyone was there. Totally private! The beds were very comfortable as well! Highly recommend this place, would absolutely stay again if we come back up sometime. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Stay was awesome. The house was beautiful and well kept. There was a plumbing issue that just happened. The owner was easily contacted and took care of the issue immediately. She was more than kind and made sure we were satisfied with the repair. Very positive stay. 10 stars. I would recommend this place as a perfect spot between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dune

Secluded Gem

What a wonderful location. We were able to explore both sides of the Leelanau Pennisula and still play 9 holes of golf in Northport during the day before returning to a pleasant evening on the nicely lit and roomy outside deck in the evening. A short drive allowed us to enjoy visiting 5 of the 11 fine wineries on Mission Pennisula followed by dinner in Traverse City that evening. The outdoor firepit finished off a wonderful day with hot dogs over an open fire. The place itself was wonderful. The furniture was in excellent shape and up to date. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean as were all 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. One of the easiest check-ins and check-outs I have ever used. Lisa herself was very prompt in responding to the only question I had prior to our visit there. I have visited the Traverse City 4 times prior to this stay, and this was by far the nicest. I will definitely book here on our next trip to the area.
