Perfect amount of space for a weekend getaway in Traverse City. Lots to do on site and also very close to downtown. Would recommend to friends and family.
We loved this stay! Our first time staying in this area and this place was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, beautiful, and Carrie was very quick to respond when needed and very detailed in her check in and check out process. We look forward to staying here again!
What a cool place to stay! Room was super clean and had everything you need for your stay. Host was quick to respond and had detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. Would stay again!!!
This is such a cute condo located in Traverse City. Close to beaches and Front St. shops and restaurants. Very quiet. Perfect place to wind down after a day of exploring.
Our weekend getaway was made all the more special by this wonderful place. Fun location, plenty to do, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. Will definitely stay here again when we visit TC!

Everything was as stated with many supplies provided, excellent cleanliness and great location for touring in and around Traverse City. Checking in is a little tricky but a fun challenge in following excellent directions. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed for our daughters graduation. Beautiful condo with lovely living room and everything exactly as pictured. Communication with host was great. We have stayed several times at the Traverse City Commons and we love the location. Would definitely stay again!!!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect place to come back to relax each evening after exploring Traverse City and the surrounding area. The hosts were attentive and great to work with. We would definitely come back for a stay here at this beautiful condo!
Romantic and intriguing location-Wonderful grounds with fantastic shops and restaurants, Bill room tasting was fantastic, historic tour was extremely interesting and informative. A wonderful place to visit in the winter because everything you need is right there. The condo is comfortable and cozy, great light, equipped with everything you could possibly need
My Sister and I had a little “sisters Trip” here at the Historic Hearth. It was very comfortable and clean and in the most amazing building. There are wonderful little shops in the Mercato on the ground floor as well as restaurants. We ate at Trattoria Stella and had an amazing dinner.
We will definitely return!
Condo is very nice and comfortable! Check-in is seamless. Many extra amenities you don’t usually see. Pullman kitchen stocked fairly well but eating area seats not very comfortable and the creamers for the coffee were bad and not usable. The area is beautiful but very crowded and parking is almost nonexistent during the day. Once the shops close it is a bit better. Pricy but mostly very enjoyable!
Very stylish with high ceilings, abundant light, exposed brick, charming and impeccably clean. My only suggestion would be a good edit of the check-in instructions, which are a bit confusing.
Very smartly appointed clean condo in a unique setting.Exposed interior brick and original architectural features were dramatic.Loved the unique shops/restaurants in our bldg.Dinner at Pepe Nero was exceptional.Enjoyed the asylum tour.Overall very enjoyable.
If you are looking for a great place to stay for two; this is your property. It has so much character and is decorated beautifully. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The Cherry Festival was going on which was a plus. We enjoyed the dunes, an old general store, great food and breweries and wineries. Parking was never an issue. You won't regret this choice.
Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet too. Well stocked with everything you need. When we had a little check-in problem, the owners responded immediately. Information books/menus about the area were helpful.Shops and places to eat in the building. Loved the Red Spire for breakfast. Would stay here again.
This unit is FRESH. The decor, the comfy bed and linens, the tall windows and high ceilings with a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette all surpassed our expectations. The location is perfect with added historical interest and close to many of our favorite restaurants and shops. Looking forward to our next visit.
We headed up to Traverse City for a weekend away. Over the weekend it snowed at least 16 inches but we were warm and toasty in our Historic Hearth condo. The Grand Traverse Commons is a perfect place to be snowed in with all the restaurants and shops. Plus from one end to the other is around 500 steps! Loved it!
I stayed here twice this Summer and loved it each time. It's has a lovely, inviting decor and is very clean, comfortable and well located. Carrie was top notch...she provided detailed instructions in advance on parking, access, etc, and she answered her phone w/ a positive and polite attitude when I needed to call about a potential schedule change. I hope to return next Summer and if so, I will book again!
