"From the moment we arrived, Louise made us feel special. We had tea and cakes on the veranda looking out to rural scenes. The breakfast was excellent. I loved looking through their huge library and found an interesting book to read during my three-day stay. The Homestead was a very short walk to the famous Eumundi markets. I heartily recommend this B&B. "

"After a lovely 2 night stay in Alexandra retreat. Couldn’t fault it, incredible breakfast provided by Paul the host on both mornings of our stay. Beautiful room over looking the pool and hinterland. Stocked mini fridge in the room and bathrobes. Only 2 rooms in this property so it doesn’t feel like your normal bnb, both rooms are on the bottom floor so private from the hosts. House is close to a few townships so good options for dinner etc Would definitely stay here again"
